CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION

If you place an order electronically via the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance selling contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the regulations on distance contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased.
Shipping fees, which are the costs for sending the product, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Each product purchased is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided it does not exceed the legal delivery period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this time, the buyer may cancel the contract.
If the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer within 3 days after becoming aware of the situation. The total price must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels it in the bank’s records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
After the delivery of the product, if it is established that the credit card used by the buyer to pay has been used fraudulently by unauthorized individuals and the price of the product is not paid to the seller by the bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, at the seller's expense.
If, due to an unforeseeable force majeure situation for the seller, the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer can request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is lifted. If the buyer cancels the order, the price of the product will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation.
The buyer must inspect the goods/services before receiving them; damaged and defective goods, such as torn, stained, etc., are included in this category, and after receiving the goods/services, they must be protected. The invoice must be returned with the product.
The buyer can exercise the right to terminate the contract by refusing the goods without assuming any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason, provided that the seller is informed through the contact details below, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product to be returned must be sent back with the transparent protection bag received and its original packaging/box, without the product's label being torn or the hygiene seals being removed. The product must be returned as it was delivered.

Open and check packages that you believe were damaged during transport in front of the representative of the company that sent them to you.

*** Damaged products that are not reported are not refundable.

For the product to be returned, it must be accompanied by an invoice. Returns of products that have lost their resellable nature and cannot be sold to another customer are not accepted, and the price will not be refunded.

The costs of approved product returns will be paid to you as soon as possible.
