Article 2 - Purpose
The purpose of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications, and sales costs of which are specified below, ordered by the BUYER electronically on the website www.weddingring.fr owned by the SELLER.
The BUYER agrees and declares, in accordance with the provisions of this contract, that they have been informed by the SELLER about the name, title, full address, phone number, and other contact details, the basic characteristics of the goods for sale, the total sales price including taxes, payment method, delivery conditions and costs, the right of withdrawal and how to exercise this right, as well as the official authorities to which they can submit complaints and objections. The BUYER confirms that they have electronically approved this preliminary information and then placed an order for the goods.
The preliminary information on the www.weddingring.fr website and the invoice issued for the order placed by the BUYER are an integral part of this contract.
Article 3 - Contractual Information Regarding the Product, Payment, and Delivery
The type, nature, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method, recipient, delivery address, invoice details, and shipping costs of the product(s) purchased electronically are as follows. The invoice recipient and the contracting party must be the same. The information provided below must be accurate and complete. The BUYER accepts full liability for any damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information and assumes all related responsibilities.
The SELLER reserves the right to suspend the order when deemed necessary if the information provided by the BUYER does not reflect reality. If the SELLER detects an issue with the order and cannot reach the BUYER via the provided phone number, email, or postal address, the SELLER will put the order on hold for 15 (fifteen) days. The BUYER is expected to contact the SELLER within this period regarding the issue. If no response is received from the BUYER within this time, the SELLER will cancel the order to prevent potential losses for both parties.

Article 4 - Contract Date and Force Majeure
The contract date is ../../..., meaning the date when the BUYER places their order.
Force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, uprising, legislative changes, confiscation, strike, lockout, significant failures in production and communication facilities, etc.) must be reported immediately and in writing by the affected party to the other party.
During the force majeure period, the parties are not liable for failing to fulfill their obligations. If this force majeure situation persists for more than 30 (thirty) days, either party has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.
Article 5 - Rights and Obligations of the Seller
5.1. The SELLER agrees and undertakes to fulfill the contractual obligations, except in cases of force majeure, in accordance with Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
5.2. Individuals under 18 years old are not allowed to make purchases on www.weddingring.fr. The SELLER assumes the age stated by the BUYER in the contract is correct. However, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for misrepresentations regarding the BUYER’s age.
5.3. The SELLER is not responsible for price errors due to system failures. If a pricing error occurs due to system issues, design errors, or unauthorized interventions, the SELLER is not obliged to fulfill the order based on the incorrect price.
5.4. Purchases can be made on www.weddingring.fr using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Orders that are not completed with payment within one week from the order date will be canceled. Payment methods such as cash on delivery or postal checks are not accepted.
Article 6 - Rights and Obligations of the Buyer
6.1. The BUYER agrees and undertakes to fulfill the contractual obligations, except in cases of force majeure.
6.2. The BUYER agrees and undertakes to abide by the contract terms when placing an order and to make the payment as specified in the contract.
6.3. The BUYER acknowledges having access to all relevant information regarding the product, sales price, payment terms, delivery conditions, and their right to withdraw from the purchase via the www.weddingring.fr website.
6.4. The BUYER agrees to review and understand all details related to ordering, payment, and product use, including instructions, precautions, and warnings, before confirming their purchase.
6.5. If the BUYER wishes to return the product, they must not damage the product or its packaging and must return the original invoice and delivery note.
Article 7 - Order and Payment Procedures
Ordering
- The BUYER places an order after confirming the VAT-included price of the selected products.
- A confirmation email is sent to the BUYER before the shipment.
Payment
- If a bank or financial institution refuses to process the payment after delivery due to unauthorized use of the BUYER’s credit card, the product must be returned within 10 days at the BUYER’s expense.
Article 8 - Shipping and Delivery Procedures
Shipping
- Upon order confirmation, the products are handed over to the shipping company contracted by the SELLER.
Delivery
- The products are delivered to the BUYER’s specified address. The delivery period is 15 days from order confirmation. This can be extended by 10 days if the BUYER is notified.
Article 9 - Return and Right of Withdrawal
- The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without penalty.
- The BUYER is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Personalized products are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed within 10 days upon receipt of the returned product and invoice.
Article 10 - Confidentiality
The information provided by the buyer to the seller, along with the information specified in this contract, will not be disclosed to third parties by the seller.
The seller may only disclose this information in cases where there is an administrative or legal obligation. If the seller possesses information requested within the scope of a judicial investigation with documented investigative authority, it may be provided to the competent authority.
Credit card information is never stored. It is only transmitted securely to the relevant banks during the payment process and used for procurement, after which it is deleted from the system.
The buyer’s email address, postal address, and telephone number are used by the seller only for standard delivery procedures and product notifications. At certain times, information regarding campaigns, new products, or promotional details may be sent to the buyer upon approval.

Article 11 - Authorized Courts and Enforcement Offices in Case of Dispute
In the event of a dispute arising from the execution of this contract, consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts within the seller’s jurisdiction are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in December of each year.
By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract. .../.../...
